Christina D. Long on the LAI Baltimore panel “Innovative Housing Production: Accelerating Industrialized Offsite Construction”

The panelists were Jennifer Dewees of MCCEI; Christina D. Long, AIA, of Baltimore Modular and Vertical Architecture Enterprises; and Brian Gaudio of Module Housing, the Pittsburgh company that builds fully modular homes in its factory in Carnegie, Pennsylvania, for “missing middle” housing in older neighborhoods.

Baltimore Modular’s mission is to advance scalable systems-based approaches to addressing housing affordability and economic opportunity in Baltimore and the surrounding region, and to accelerate industrialized construction broadly.
