1980s Office Park Revitalization: In-Progress Renderings
Revitalizing existing structures extends past our efforts with Baltimore Modular and into Vertical Architecture’s work too, sometimes. Here are some in-progress renderings of a project that uses minimal, cosmetic moves (paint, lighting, signage, window treatments and planting) to transform a 1980s office park in Baltimore County. We are also proposing selective demolition of unnecessary structures added after the complex was built.
